TechTabs | Go the Techy way!

Earlier I shown how to pin Computer and Any Folder to the Taskbar.
To pin a Website like I have pinned Facebook as showed in above Screenshot, To pin your favorite Websites to youw Windows7 Taskbar follow the simple steps.

• Right click on Desktop and select Shortcut to create  a new Shortcut.

• The Shortcut Wizard will open up.
• Type in the Browser’s installation path followed by the website url.

For example if you want to the Shortcut you open up the Link with Chrome click on start, type chrome and right click on it and select Properties and copy address in the Target Field.

  

• Click on Next.
• Type in the desired name and finish.

• If you want to change the Icon browse for any custom Icon.
• A shortcut for the website will be Created.
• Now pin it on the Taskbar.

Now click on the shortcut to open your Favorite Website in your favorite Browser.
