WHO CAN SEE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION‘ SETTING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL YOUR PROFILE OPTIONS LIKE HOMETOWN,ALBUMS ETC.

How it was before the update:
You had to go to the Settings Page to change your privacy options as to who can see your Photos,Albums,Videos etc.
Whats the change:
These options are available on the inline settings box next to each profile option, Thus more simplicity(& advancement) and quickness in selecting privacy options. - Techtabs
Image Overview:

YOU CAN APPROVE POST & PHOTO TAGS OF YOUR PROFILE.

How it was before the update:
Anyone in your friend list could tag you in posts or photos. This used to be really annoying when some apps used to tag you in their automated photo collages or crap images.
Whats the change:
After the privacy update, You can reject/approve these tags and make you free from those endless comment notifications you will get when your friends comment on those tags. This even applies to comment and status update tagging.
Image Overview:

MODERATE TAGS ON YOUR PHOTOS BY OTHERS. (ACCEPT THE TAG/REJECT THE TAG).

How it was before the update:
Earlier when you uploaded a photo, Anyone could tag their friends (upto 50) in those photos without your permission.
Whats the change:
After the update it is must for you to approve/reject those tag requests.
Image Overview:

VIEW PROFILE AS OPTION ON YOUR PROFILE PAGE.

How it was before the update:
Before the update you had to go to Account>Privacy Settings>Customize Settings>Preview My Profile to view your profile as someone else. - TechTabs
Whats the change:
Just click your profile button and then the View Profile As.
Image Overview:

WHO CAN SEE YOUR POSTS‘ SETTING IS JUST BELOW YOUR STATUS BOX.

How it was before the update:
Some controls of who can see your status updates/posts were situated in the settings page/Under Black Lock Icon.
Whats the change:
After the update, They are available under your status update box.
Image Overview:

SHARE WITH EVERYONE‘ RENAMED TO ‘SHARE WITH PUBLIC

How was it before the update:
The option was labelled as ‘Everyone‘ which made some doubts as to whom the posts were visible to.
Whats the change:
The option has just been renamed to ‘Public‘ so as to avoid any confusions.

YOU CAN EDIT YOUR STATUS UPDATE/POST AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHARED.

How was it before the update:
Before the update, When you put up a status update, you cannot change or edit it once the share button is clicked. This was very irritating as if we had made any spelling mistake or tagged the wrong person, You had to delete the post and retype all of them.
Whats the change:
You can edit the posts even though they are shared already. - TechTabs

YOU CAN TAG LOCATIONS IN YOUR POSTS.

How was it before the update:
You had to use the places application in smartphones to use the locations feature.
Whats the change:
You can directly tag locations in your posts.
Image Overview:

YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ASK THE POSTER WHO TAGGED YOU TO TAKE DOWN THE CONTENT.

How was it before the update:
You could go about and remove the tag in which you were mentioned, but had no other options like warning the person to take down the post.
Whats the change:
You have the option to Remove the tag,Block the person who tagged,Ask the tagger to remove the post/photo.
Image Overview:

YOU CAN TAG ANYONE ELSE OUTSIDE THE FRIEND LIST/LIKE LIST.

How was it before the update:
Before you could only tag your friends and the pages you had liked.
Whats the change:
You can tag people outside of your friend list or the pages you have not liked. [Though I am not really sure if this would be implemented cause of privacy options but anyways you can reject any unnecessary tags you don't want]
These changes are being gradually rolled into each accounts so it might take time, But there will be a ‘Tour the new settings‘ option when the changes are active on your account.
Those were the bunch of privacy and sharing tweaks I had mentioned about in the title. Hope so facebook does not ruin the plot as it did with facebook sidebar chat.
